Steve facilitated a charity development day for our small NHS charity. It was a first for us and we were all amazed at how much we achieved in just half a day! It was invaluable to have an outside perspective to draw out conversations and perspectives from the group. Our aim by the end of the session was to have worked our way to an agreed Vision for the Charity, which we did!
